BARRISTERS' CHAMBERS OPENS OFFERING PUBLIC ACCESS DIRECT TO LEGAL SERVICES

Foundry Chambers, a legal practice opened this month in London by Yetunde Ruban, can be accessed directly for advice and representation by members of the public without first going through a solicitor.

Foundry Chambers practices in employment and discrimination law, entertainment and sports law, intellectual property, human rights and immigration law.  Foundry Chambers services will  include advice to small businesses and organizations, as well as individuals.  They will also offer representation at all courts including tribunals, county courts and appeal courts as well as in administrative and disciplinary proceedings and arbitration meetings.

Yetunde Ruban (pictured above) who formerly practised with an established barristers' chambers in the city, says "The idea for Foundry chambers was borne out of the recent changes in the bars' practice rules and my conviction that the bar should be accessible to all those who need its expertise.  Getting a barrister involved at an early stage could save costs, time and in some cases achieve swift resolution and avoid the cost of unnecessary trial."
