About us

Employment and Discrimination Law Barristers

Foundry Chambers is a specialist employment and labour law set.  Our specialism in employment law covers the whole range of employer/employee relationship encompassing all aspects of employment and discrimination law, labour and trade union law, pensions and employee share schemes, occupational and industrial injury including accident at work, bullying and stress at work and all matters relating to health and safety in the work place.  We provide comprehensive range of advisory and advocacy services to individuals, small and medium employers in the private, public and not for profit sector.

Public Access

Foundry Chambers accepts work directly from members of the public, owner managers, trustees who do not need to go through solicitors before engaging the services of one of our barristers. 

Representation

We provide representation at Employment Tribunals, County Courts, High Courts and all stages of any appeal process.  When you  instruct barristers from Foundry Chambers you will be pleased to know that you are not instructing generalists but barristers who specialise in employment law and who:

What does it  cost?

We provide half an hour free consultation.  We assess and agree the work required and a fee is agreed in advance of the work.   We only charge for work that you have asked us to do and not for telephone calls, reading letters or emails that may be required in order to complete the work.  There are no hidden costs or hourly billing.
